Food Masterclass 2026: From concept to shelf—we make it happen!

The Styrian Food Hub’s Food Masterclass will enter its third round in 2026. As part of this unique coaching program, 15 participants will receive six months of guidance from experts to turn their ideas into finished prototypes. As the grand finale, the prototypes will be presented to the crème de la crème of the Styrian food industry, and the most innovative product will be awarded a prize. All participants will be formally certified by Provincial Councilor Willibald Ehrenhöfer at the closing event.

Between March and September 2026, participants will work closely with experts across six modules to learn everything they need to know about food product development. The program is designed to be practical and covers all the key aspects of creating successful products—and nothing else. It not only imparts technical and business expertise but also inspires creativity. The goal is clear: take your product, your business, and your network to the next level! Join us!
