The SFG currently supports SMEs in the areas of innovation, investment, qualification and internationalisation in 13 funding campaigns. The focus areas include business start-ups, digitalisation, sustainability, cyber security and regionality.

For whom?

SMEs from the SFG target group, including companies that offer IT security services (but only for the area of ISO 27001 certification)

For what?

IT security risk analyses, consulting, investments and training to increase IT security in companies

How much?

max. 30 % of the total project costs, max. € 15,000

For whom?

SMEs, manufacturing companies, service companies that contribute to strengthening the manufacturing sector

For what?

Expansion of existing operating sites, diversification of production through new, additional products, fundamental change of the entire production process, establishment of new operating sites, expansion of production capacities.

How much?

max. 35 % of the eligible costs

For whom?

micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, production & craft enterprises, business-related service providers

For what?

Innovations including the development of new (digital and/or sustainable) products and services. IP strategy, business model development, EU research project submission, prototype, demo unit, beta version or market-ready product/service, internal personnel costs

How much?

max. funding amount Module XS: 14,000 euros, Module XL: 75,000 euros

For whom?

micro-enterprises incl. start-ups in the fields of trade and crafts, retail and services

For what?

Investments such as machinery and equipment, office and business equipment incl. digital infrastructure (e.g. hardware and software), structural measures.
Online marketing such as programming of web presences, production of web videos, SEO, social media campaigns

How much?

Investment projects: max. 20 %, online marketing projects: 30 % of eligible costs

For whom?

innovative micro, small and medium-sized enterprises founded/acquired up to 5 years prior to application submission.

For what?

investments in machinery and equipment, office and business equipment and digital measures
Consulting services in the areas of business administration, law, innovation, technology and digitalisation, production and market transition, organisational and business model development

How much?

up to 37,500 euros funding per application

For whom?

Innovative small(est) companies that have been registered in the commercial register for a maximum of 5 years and are preparing for their first round.

For what?

Projects in the run-up to the first financing round that create the economic, legal and technological conditions for the start-up's scaling phase.

How much?

80 % of the eligible costs, max. funding amount 100,000 euros

For whom?

SMEs, production companies, service companies whose services relate directly to production processes

For what?

construction measures and machinery, office furniture and equipment, intangible investments

How much?

max. 25 % of the eligible costs
