Silent Partnership: We’re your team, you score the goal.
Silent Partnership – Our Contribution to Your Success
Investments, manufacturing transition projects, market development, and business succession—these are all classic projects that the SFG helps finance through silent partnerships. SFG is already on board with this financing program at over 30 companies in Styria, leveraging value creation amounting to many millions.
Higher credit rating – more flexibility
The key points at a glance: SFG can contribute up to 1.5 million euros through its silent partnership financing program, covering a maximum of two-thirds of the project cost. As a silent partner, we do not represent the company externally; we are solely a capital provider, not a stakeholder in your company. This means you receive a quick and flexible capital boost—and the company’s ownership structure remains unchanged. Crucially, a silent partnership constitutes economic equity and thus improves your credit rating and provides greater flexibility for additional financing. What is a silent partnership? What do we expect from you and your company? A stable financial situation, a clear business strategy, and sufficient technical and business expertise. We will jointly agree on the fixed and performance-based compensation, depending on the scope, opportunities, and risks of your project. We follow the same approach when it comes to repayment. We’ll sit down together and work out a repayment plan that works for both sides.
If you’d like, through the silent partnership you’ll benefit not only financially but also from our experience and expertise. This means that when it comes to major decisions, strategic direction, or business management issues, you can consult with us and draw on our expertise. We hope this is good news for you. We look forward to your call!
