Permanent further development and continuous further education are the conditions for individual success and the success of enterprises.

With the working focus ‘qualification’ the SFG supports enterprises to intensify learning processes at the work place, and so to increase their strength of innovation and competitiveness. The target is promoting further education mainly at small and medium enterprises. By demand-oriented support measures, operational qualification activities are initiated and enterprises are developed to learning organizations. The success of the implementation depends also on social, economic and structural outlines. Therefore, a coordinated, linked approach and the cooperation of all regional players, regarding the theme training and further education, is the foreground of our work.

The outline ‘qualification’ offers comprehensive information and consultation concerning the issue of further education; is interface and mediator to other players in this field, it creates consciousness and motivation for associates and enterprise, and supports Styrian enterprises by tailor-made promotion programs at their qualification plans. It approaches actively enterprises at the Styrian power fields, and develops demand-oriented qualification services.
